WHAT TYPES OF HOMES DO YOU TYPICALLY WORK ON?
We primarily work on upscale residential properties throughout the Denver metro area, including Cherry Hills, Castle Pines, Highlands Ranch, and surrounding communities.
CAN LIGHTING BE ADDED TO EXISTING LANDSCAPING OR LIGHTING SYSTEMS?
Absolutely. Most systems can be integrated cleanly into existing landscaping with minimal disruption.
DO YOU OFFER PERMANENT ROOFLINE LIGHTING?
Yes. We install discreet permanent outdoor lighting systems that can be used year-round for holidays, events, accent lighting, and everyday curb appeal.
HOW MUCH DOES A CONSULTATION COST?
Our initial consultation is free, and in most cases this can get all of the info needed to get your design process and install underway. Expect our initial site preview to last between a half hour to an hour and a half depending on the scope of your project. We'll gather details on your vision, mix them with our expertise, and gather information about the dimensions of the project area. Often times, to add clarity to the vision, we'll also set up a night demo, utilizing the same, or similar fixtures we'll use on your install. This allows you to see what your outdoor lighting project will actually look like, and also gives you the chance to experiment with different lighting effects and fixture placement. An in depth night demo appointment can run around $300 to cover the labor our crew puts into making things pop, but that will usually be later in the process, and we'll have talked about that with you beforehand. Not all displays will require a night demo.
From there we'll put together a quote along with an outline of the scope of the project which typically takes one to two weeks.
*HOW LONG DOES AN AVERAGE PROJECT TAKE?
It very much depends on the scope of the project. We estimate that the entire project, from initial site visit, to final flip of the switch will take from 2.5 weeks to a full eight weeks. This includes;
-A 1-2 week quote and design period.
-Edit of the final project design, and approval process.
-Product order and shipping time.
-A rough 2 day to two week installation process*.
-Final tweaks and light beam focusing/Programming
